Try to stay in downtown/ Dupont Circle - Woodley Park/Georgetown - Foggy Bottom and bid $95 per night but still no luck. Any suggestion?

This is into the busier Spring season so prices are certainly higher. What would be your desired budget per night (and star rating) for this stay?
