Hotwire Hotel: Help identify 2.5* Tampa Downtown

I see on Hot.wire a 2.5* Hotel.  Believe it is the Howard Johnson.

I also see a 2* Hotel on Priceline.express.  Believe it to be same hotel.

 

Is that possible that they would rate them differently or can you identify the 2 hotels if I'm mistaken.

Priceline 2^: Free Internet

    Indoor or Outdoor Pool

    Pets Allowed

Best guess for the HOTWIRE hotel would be Howard Johnson Plaza.

I'm not sure about the PRICELINE EXPRESS but it could be the same hotel.

It is entirely possible that each service rates the hotel differently.
