motters Posted November 13, 2005 Report Share Posted November 13, 2005 Don't think I bid this as cleverly as I could have done.Bid $45 3* at LAX hoping for Embassy Suites - rejectedAdded Bel Air and bid $50 - rejectedAdded Beverly Hills and bid $53 - rejectedAdded Santa Monica and bid $57 ($72 and change total) to finally get the Marriott.Rack rate seems to be $200+ so it's still a bargain.
