Hotwire Hotel: 4* Santorini (Thira) Amerisa Suites

I got this hotel in Thira(santorine Greece).

One concern I have with Hot.wire and I want to know if I can complain on this since this hotel is not 4* it listed as a3*. Can they refund me for this.

Also, is this in the Thira zone (as i don't see any zone named 'Fira')? Can you please add a reply to this thread with the amenities HOTWIRE shows for this property when viewing your purchase history using the MY ACCOUNT link on the top right of their home page.

You can call HOTWIRE and question their star rating, and try to provide back-up from multiple sites (expe.dai, Hotels.com, etc) where this hotel rated lower than 4 stars.
