Hotwire Hotel: Need help identifying 4* property in EMBARCADERO

Hotel features:

 

90% recommended

 

Pet friendly

Fitness

Restaurant 

Business center

Internet access

 

Anyone have any idea???  I really want Le Meridien but that seems to have a 95% rating.
