evian Posted April 22, 2014 Author Report Posted April 22, 2014 Thank you all. I ended up bidding on Priceline, as I found a similar property listed on Priceline Express today (it was not there yesterday). And, yeah, I got Marqueen Hotel. Will share this win on the Priceline forum.
evian Posted April 22, 2014 Author Report Posted April 22, 2014 Offer Price: $75.00 2 rooms / 1 night Room Subtotal: $150.00 Taxes & fees: $31.40 Total: $181.40 Yesterday and the day before, I bid up until $99 for 3* in the same area yet had no luck. There was a deal of $84 for 3.5* on Hot.wire, which was identified by other folks here as most likely Marqueen. Today I noticed a similar deal for $89 added on Priceline.Express, so I decided to give a try to Price.line bidding. Bid $75 and won at first attempt.
