Priceline Hotel: 5* Rome (Spanish Steps - Trevi Fountain) Grand Hotel Plaza

I did a PRICELINE EXPRESS Deal for this hotel thinking that it was the Intercontinental.  Boy was I wrong.

 

Got the Hotel Grand Plaza, which is not as nicely located as the IC and has some negative reviews:

 

This hotel is not listed here, so please add it.

 

Luckily, I used the 15% off coupon, so it ended up being $240 per night plus tax.

 

Summary of Charges

Hotel Room Cost - $282.00 /per room night

Taxes and Fees - $77.72

Coupon Discount - -$84.60

Total Charges - $557.12

 

Booking direct with the hotel would be 710 euros, or $950, so I guess this is a deal.  I just wish I would have gotten the Intercontinental.  Oh well, that's what you get when you play the Priceline game!
