I see this property now but it has not yet been reported to the board, and as almost all 4* hotels in NYC would have the amenities above, i don't have any insight into this one.

I am seeing on HOTWIRE what appears to be The Row NYC available for your dates for just $119/nite:

This property recently changed ownership and recent reviews have been pretty good, it may not be the best or nicest hotel in NYC, but at this price it would likely provide a good value.
