A property with this exact amenity set has not yet been reported to the board, my guess would be a new combination for the Hyatt Regency or the Sheraton Centre, but i'm not certain.

What are the chances that it might be the Renaissance? (I'm hoping to avoid that one due to bad experiences)

There is always the chance and as noted above this listing has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but the Renaissance has been seen previously with a very different amenity set. I'd agree that the Hyatt or Sheraton with a slightly different amenity set are more likely.
