Hotwire Hotel: 4.5* Big Island (Waikoloa-Kohala Coast) Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows

Hi all,

Actually, the second night was $207, won separately (after my wife and daughter decided to extend). HOTWIRE offered to extend for $216. We declined that and just won the mystery hotel again. Not much of a mystery, as HOTWIRE currently has only one 4.5* hotel in the area. PRICELINE's Kailua-Kona lineup is entirely different than HOTWIRE's. We did bid $275 on Priceline's only 4.5* Waikoloa-Kohala Cost hotel (the Mauna Kea), but didn't get it.

We used the new (to us) BiddingHelper.com. Great! Thank you, BetteBidding. Seriously.

On the Hotwire confirmation amenities are listed as:
Free Internet, Beachfront hotel, Smoke Free Rooms, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center, Self service laundry, Internet access, Golf Nearby, Tennis Nearby, Spa Services, Children's actvities,

 

(Yes, it really does say "actvities." If they leave that up; it will certainly be easy to pin this hotel!)

 

The Hotwire East View tab claims:

Originally this thread was titled Big Island (Kailua - Kona) but this property looks to be in HOTWIRE's Waikoloa-Kohalala Coast zone (and the 4.5* hotel in this zone currently has this amenity set as well), so i have edited the topic title accordingly... can you please confirm if this is correct.

Also, note that the "Children's actvities" is a misspelling throughout the entire HOTWIRE system... it's not specific to this property.
