Priceline Hotel: 4* Paris (Champs Elysees - Arc De Triomphe) Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile

I really wanted a 5* and bid in several areas up to $200 with no luck.  I then resigned myself to 4*.

 

I saw a PRICELINE EXPRESS Deal for what I think is the Hyatt Regence Paris Etiole for $124.  I bid $80, no luck.  Then upped it to $95 and got this hotel.

 

The hotel lists its rate at this time at 201 euros, or about $270 a night, so I am reasonably pleased.

 

There are mixed reviews about this hotel online, some of which say it is the equivalent of a 1* or 2*.  Also, the cocktails at the bar are $35.  But we will see.  I e-mailed the hotel to request an upgraded/renovated room, so we will see what comes of it.
