There is a Priceline.Express deal for tonight in Times Square for $332. It's a 4.5* and lists the following as amenities: restaurant, business, fitness and has a 8.0 customer rating...any idea what this is?

I'm not certain of the 4.5* property... the Benjamin or the London NYC would be a guess, but i'm not certain.

Note that if you're trying to be walkable to Times Square strictly for watching the ball drop, the whole area obviously gets quite crowded and you'll likely need to be there in the very early afternoon to have any chance of being in the main viewing area.
