I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOT.WIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.

If you repeat your search using our Bidding.Helper.com tool... use the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab and then click the GREEN BUTTON next to this listing, do you see more amenities then what you have listed above?

Thank you for using the board's HOT.WIRE or PRICE.LINE links to start your purchases and searches.

FULL AMENITIES: Free Parking, Resort, Casino, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center, Internet access, Golf Nearby, Tennis Nearby, Spa Services, Accessible for the blind, Accessible for the deaf, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Handicapped parking, Roll-in shower

Looks like the price is slightly cheaper using the Hotwire Easy View ($162)

Best guess would be The Mirage Hotel and Casino.

So Priceline 5* north are typically Palazzo, Wynn, and Venetian, right?

Las Vegas Strip North Rated 9.0 out of 10 (or higher)
Indoor or Outdoor Pool
Free Parking
Restaurant
Business Center
Casino
Fitness Center
Condo

Hotel fee of $28

Any guesses on which hotel? Could it be Trump, since it's a condo? but Trump doesn't have a casino...

Also, any tips on if 3 people are staying? I believe Palazzo/Venetian both have couches to crash on, so only the Wynn/Trump might be extra for another bed?

Thanks for the guess. If it is correct, Hotwire is basically giving away which hotel it is by saying "Book soon! The last person got the The Mirage Hotel and Casino."!!

I just posted on the Priceline forum, which has a 5* North for $168 on the same night, so I might end up doing that since it's cheaper and a higher rated hotel.

Please keep all posts for the same stay in the same thread. Once you purchase a hotel use the ADD REPLY and REPORT WIN button on the lower right corner of the page and the entire thread will move to the correct section of the board (if necessary).

Not really... the "Last Person got ____" info is in relation to the star rating and zone, NOT the specific hotel offered. So HOTWIRE is telling you the name of one hotel in the zone at that star rating, but it may or may not be the hotel that is currently offered.

My best guess for the PRICELINE EXPRESS property would be the Palazzo.

As per PRICELINE terms, all purchases are for double occupancy, after that it is at the discretion of the hotel... the hotel would be within their right to charge extra for a 3rd/4th guest if they chose to do so, therefore if you are going to be three people i wouldn't only have one or two of the people go to the desk upon check-in, have the other(s) wonder around the lobby or head to the casino.

I can't seem to buy this priceline express deal. I get:

Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed
We apologize for this inconvenience. Pricing and inventory changes often and the deal you selected is no longer available. Your payment method has not been charged.

We appreciate your patience and thank you for using priceline.com!

I chatted with the priceline chat help and they said to try again in an hour, but I've been getting the same result for the past few hours. Has anyone encountered this issue before?

It occasionally happens when inventory is gone for a particular listing. You can keep checking back, but unfortunately, no guarantees that any more inventory will be made available.

the link above leads me to the deal, which is the same thing as if i had searched for it myself.

either way (link or search) gives the same issue.

just tried again... i guess showing deals that can't be purchased isn't a p0 bug for priceline.

should I try bidding?

Yes, I'm still having trouble. I have always been able to click through the listing. It only fails when I attempt to make the purchase.

On the plus side, I have memorized my credit card # now.

i guess i'll try tomorrow...

If you have another browser on the same computer i would try opening the link above in a different browser to see if that helps, if not, then i think the hotel is no longer available for sale.

Gave up on Priceline.Express (after ~2 days of not being able to buy my deal) and ended up bidding on Price.line.

Was angling to get Palazzo with the 15% off discount code ($168 * 0.85 = $142.8), but Venetian for $155 + fees is close enough.

If you haven't yet, please start by reading your messages.

The discount code was offered in my signature (and AaronJB added to his as well)... but it was only valid for 24 hours and is now expired.
