Just wanted to give back since I read this forum for tips on what to expect.  Basically for me the giveaway for Aria was "resort" and the giveaway for Vdara was "condo, suite and smoke-free".  I also found it helpful to hit the standard rate hotels tab and sometimes the price there matches up with the listed standard price on the secret hot rate deals tab.  Not always but sometimes.  Anyways thanks so much to the forum for helping to narrow down the options.  I've learned a lot!
