I am looking for something similar to the Hotel Toshi in NYC found thanks to BB and theruare expert advice

The Hotel Palomar would be my best guess for this one, and with a 4.5/5.0 TA rating it should make for a very pleasant stay!

Best guess for the 4.5* SoMa property would be the InterContinental.

For the 4* USE property i'm not currently seeing this offered when searching for your dates. Are you still seeing this on your own HOTWIRE search, and if so, are you searching for more than one room or something other than the default 2adults/0children?

If you are still seeing this 4* property my guess for it would be the Parc 55 Wyndham San Francisco - Union Square.
