Just checked Hot.wire and looks like the same hotel is listed for approx same price.

For the HOTWIRE property, these amenities are common for a 4* hotel in this area, but the Millennium Glouster or Millennium Baileys would be my best guess for this one.

I ended up bidding and winning a 4 star for April 10,2014 for $125. Novotel Waterloo.

Happy with this deal especially for a last minute booking.

Total cost was $159(American) including taxes and fees.

Same room was $300 on Expedia and booking.com

I used the better bidding PRICELINE link.
