First bid $60 - declinedSecond bid $65 - declinedThird bid $70 - declinedFinal bid $75 - accepted Haven't stayed at this property before and we were expecting some extra fee's. It looks like there is a $12.00 parking fee. Since we'll only have one car between two rooms this is better than the $14.00 fee that Crowne Plaza charges for each room/night. After taxes and parking it's about $93.00/night. We'll take it!
