I am hoping to avoid the doubletree as I didn't have a good experience.

A property with this amenity set has not yet been reported to the board, and within only 6 reviews by previous HOTWIRE guests, i'm guessing this is either a new property recently added to the system OR a hotel that has recently been upgraded/downgraded.

Do your needs take you to the Downtown zone OR are you looking here figuring it will be less expensive than midtown?

I would like to stay downtown but it is not completely necessary.  I really would like to not spend more than 250 for that night and would not like to go below 4*.  If it is somewhat new, it is probably not the double tree right?

Would be a logical assumption, but can't guarantee (in a 'what if' scenario... HOTWIRE downgraded/upgraded the doubletree, reset the number of reviews, then a few days later reverted the star rating change; it's possible the user reviews remained 'cleared' back to zero)

With the above noted, my guess for this property would be the Club Quarters World Trade.
