It would appear that it's the Regency Hotel - London, based on that info, but just wanted to make sure I'm not missing anything.

When I search for standard rooms, Laundry isn't listed as an amenity, so I'm not sure how to narrow this one down

Please keep all posts for the same stay in the same thread.

For the 4* hotel the Regency Hotel would be one possibility, but these amenities are common for a 4* hotel in this area and there are likely other possibilities as well. How can you exclude the Copthorne Tara Hotel, Hilton Olympia, and Holiday Inn Kensington Forum from the outcome as well, as all of these seem to fit the amenity description above as well?

I don't have a guess for the Condo property.
