Priceline Hotel: 4* Toronto (Downtown Southwest - Entertainment and Financial Districts) Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel

C$96 (that's Canadian dollars). Tried bidding over two days on standard Priceline up to the PRICELINE EXPRESS price "ceiling" to no avail for any of the downtown Toronto zones. 3.5* and 3* hotels were only within a few dollars of 4*, so not many deals to be had this weekend. Rate at Sheraton itself was C$149.
