Priceline Hotel: Hotel in New York (central)

Hello,

 

I am totally new in priceline, so I guess I need some support. I am looking for 3-4 star hotel in central New York (Upper east side, Upper west, Madison square garden, Hells kitchen, Midtown, etc.) - near to the central park.

 

So what is best way, to expect the best price? Or do you have any tipps for a low-price hotel in New York? The budget is up to a maximum of 150 $. I know its kind of impossible..
