Unfortunately a property with this exact amenity set has not yet been reported to the board and with these few, and common, amenities i'm not able to gain any additional insight into this one.

I will point out that PRICELINE EXPRESS has a 4* hotel in the Downtown-City Center zone for your dates with:

Outdoor Pool

Pets Allowed

Restaurant

Business Center

Fitness Center

... i'm not certain but my guess for this property would be the Hotel Omni Mont Royal, and if i should be wrong, it does have a 'very good' 8.0/10.0 user review rating from previous guests, and is priced a little lower then the HOTWIRE property at $91/nite (it's $96/nite but using the link and code in my signature gives an additional 5% OFF)

Ended up going for the $96 downtown 4 star PRICELINE EXPRESS deal. It's the Hotel Omni Mont-Royal.
