AaronJB Posted April 2, 2014 Report Posted April 2, 2014 Please provide a follow-up for your prior San Francisco Priceline thread (post what you decided for that stay within that thread, then reply to this thread and we would be happy to look into the above listing.) Thank you for using the board's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
FSUamb Posted April 2, 2014 Author Report Posted April 2, 2014 I added a followup to my post from last year ... sorry about that!
thereuare Posted April 3, 2014 Report Posted April 3, 2014 Please keep all posts for the same stay in this thread. Once you win a hotel use the ADD REPLY and REPORT WIN button on the lower right corner of this page and the thread will automatically be moved (if necessary) to the correct section of the board. My best guess for both of these properties would be the Maui Coast Hotel. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help with this trip. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
FSUamb Posted April 3, 2014 Author Report Posted April 3, 2014 So how do Priceline.express quotes compare to what you'd get if you were bidding? For the one I was asking about above that came back at $172 per night, would I do any better if I went through the traditional bidding process?
thereuare Posted April 3, 2014 Report Posted April 3, 2014 Bidding on PRICELINE is often, but not always, a little cheaper than the PRICELINE EXPRESS rate; HOWEVER, note that by bidding you may or may not get the same hotel that is currently being offered on PRICELINE EXPRESS. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Let us know how you decide you'd like to proceed or how it goes and we'll take it from there. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
