Looking at Kayak for that area, it looks like it might be the Hotel Nikko (they have an indoor pool and allow pets).  I'm not sure if I want that hotel yet.

The Hotel Nikko San Francisco has previously been seen with this amenity set so this would be my best guess for this one as well.
