Priceline Hotel: New area; Ramona, CA in San Diego area?

I am wanting to bid in the Ramona, CA area of San Diego. It doesn't seem to be on any of the hotel lists, is this a new area?

Hotwire has a 3-star choice available (I'm looking at 6/21/14, 1 night);

My best guess for this property would be the San Vicente Golf Resort.

That hotel is my guess too, both hotwire and the hotel itself claim there are "4 rooms left". I'm not sure if I am ready to commit to using HOTWIRE since the discount is only about ~$20 less than what I can get on kayak at that hotel with it being refundable up until 2 nights before. It looks like PRICELINE must be using other hotels in that area.
