Priceline Hotel: 3* Boston Common - Theater District Area for $110/night (express deal)

Priceline.express deal has a 3* in Boston Common - Theater District Area for $110. 65%+ off. 5/21 - 5/24 It has no rating identified, and am having trouble identifying the hotel.

 

The only 3* in that area I can see is Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill ($282), (ignore Wyndham, it looks to be outside that area)  is the Courtyard by Marriott Boston Downtown ($319 normal, seems to equate to the $110 pricing, is under construction at the moment) or there are 2 3.5* places - Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers, and Doubletree Hotel Boston Downtown

 

Any thoughts?

 

Why would they not list the rating? Because there isn't one yet, or the hotel wants to me more secret?
