Clued in by the Priceline.Express 4.5* deal for $151, I decided to try NYOP first. Began bidding 4.5* Downtown (the only 4.5* zone) at $130. Followed up with rebids in $1 increments to get the exact lowest bid of $136. Good savings since retail rates are about $229.
