I started with 4 stars only. I didn't think I would win. I was willing to stay in Old City, Rittenhouse, Convention. My "decoy" areas were: Trevose, Stadiums, City Line, Cherry Hill, Gloucester, PHL Airport, Runnemed I used the PRICELINE link from this site.
