If you're only looking to stay 'on site' and not pursuing PRICELINE / HOTWIRE, you can try searching our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com where you can enter almost any address in the world (or major landmark, 'Disneyworld') and be shown hotels in the immediate area, easily being able to see how much more/less it would cost to go up/down in star rating or to stay closer/further from your ideal location... you can use this as a tool to evaluate your options at the on-site Disney resort.

Thereuare - we are hoping to use hotwire / priceline and land on a Disney resort. The higher price for the 2.5, along with the high guest feedback score, made me wonder if this was a Disney resort.

HOTWIRE and PRICELINE isn't the right place if you're looking to stay on site unless you choose to book the hotel with 'retail' rates where the name is shown before the purchase.
