Best guess for the 3* would be the Holiday Inn Fishermans Wharf and for the 4* my guess would be the Sheraton Fishermans Wharf.

Had a really weird experience trying to book online. Had a 3* up on my screen and clicked confirm and got a 3.5* but was charged much more than the $112 quoted! Called Hotwire immediately and they refunded the amount and rebooked me at the correct rating/price. So we will be at the Holiday Inn, which was what you anticipated and what we budgeted for. If we booked not using a hot deal I think the rate was $133. Thanks for the help!
