Hi finally made reservation in Milan for a 4* and got Hotel Mediolanum (a sister hotel to Sanpi)

 

Amenities: free breakfast, free internet, restaurant(s), business center, self service laundry, internet access

total $708 + tax/recovery charge $109.72 = 817.72

 

hotwire didn't have any statement on additional city tax.
