Priceline Hotel: Bidding help for 3 rooms 6/13-6/15 Santa Rosa/Sonoma

I have used Priceline successfully to get a really cheap 3.5* room in Santa Rosa many, many times, but now I need to get 3 rooms.

Am I better off bidding for 1 room and then adding rooms later?  Or should I bid for all three at the same time?

My target is to pay $100/night with taxes and fees.  Do you think adding Sonoma and/or Napa would get me a free bid(s) since their hotels are so much more expensive?

Thanks for your help Betterbidding gods!

I would strongly recommend bidding for all three at the same time. If you bid for one now and two later, you could very well end up with two different hotels. I would also not bid in a zone that you do not want to stay in, as there's always the chance you could get a bid accepted. $100 including taxes/fees I think is going to be difficult/unlikely. You can certainly try for lower rates and have time to do so, but based upon what I'm seeing in terms of rates, you're probably looking at $125-150 + taxes/fees.
