First bid 60 (downtown only)

Second 75 (downtown and copely)

third 110 (downtown, copely, south boston (free bid))

Accepted at 110, $20 in taxes---> total 130

colonade hotel.

Currently on Hotels.com for 199 plus $25 in taxes

I think I made to big of a $ jump on the third bid, is this still a good deal??

BTW Hotels.com lists this as 3 1/2 stars, what gives???

I appreciate the advice/help!

By the way I got this off the priceline site:

"We've independently evaluated each of our hotel partners and assigned them a star level (1-5) based on our own strict rating system. Search our descriptions for a listing of typically available amenities and services and choose the hotel star level that works best for your trip. We have boutique and resort hotels too! "

I read the link you sent me about the ratings and the OP says that the hotels self rate, according to pricline it is "independant", would'nt that mean it has to be fromj outside the hotel that the ranking come??
