Been working on this for a couple of weeks.  Been looking for a 3.5 and up for my yearly golf trip. 

 

Bid history was:

 

4* in Tempe South @ $71

3.5/4 in Tempe South @ $71

Added Tempe North

Added Airport Area

Added West Mesa and was accepted.  Location looks great.  The 101 is right outside, and a quick hit up to the 10 to get to the other side of town.  I'm happy.
