Bid history was: 4* in Tempe South @ $713.5/4 in Tempe South @ $71Added Tempe NorthAdded Airport AreaAdded West Mesa and was accepted. Location looks great. The 101 is right outside, and a quick hit up to the 10 to get to the other side of town. I'm happy.
