travelnerd Posted March 17, 2014 Report Posted March 17, 2014 Hello, What is the best bidding strategy for a 4* hotel from April 30- May 6, 2014? Max: $180 (is that unreasonable for high season?) Locations:-Midtown East-Midtown West-Madison Square Garden-Times Square-Central Park South also open to Chelsea and Soho if the other 5 locations don't work out Thanks for your help!
thereuare Posted March 17, 2014 Report Posted March 17, 2014 Welcome to BetterBidding! Few questions/comments before moving forward with a bidding strategy... Empire State Building - have you considered this zone as well? At the 4* level it's generally considered to be convenient and well locate for the average vistior Central Park South - while will located, note the Hudson Hotel in this zone has notoriously small rooms (even by NYC standards), so make sure you're comfortable with a tiny room if you decide to include this zone in your bidding Please confirm if we should include/exclude ESB and/or CPS in the bidding and we'll suggest a strategy for you to follow.
