1) 4*  8 guest rating, restaurant, business center, fitness center,   $258

2) 3.5* 8 guest rating, free internet, restaurant, business center, fitness center $221

My guess for the 4* would be The Jewel... for the 3.5* my guess would be the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square.
