started by checking which zones had 5* it was just white house downtown, and foggy bottom georgetown, selected just white house to start and bid 125, declined

selected zones that did not have 5* zones while adding to my bid, 130, 140, 151, 169, 171, 172, 173, all declined

i know i could have selected another * level, but was determined to see how much it would be, was going to stop in the 180's or when i ran out of zones

 

finally won at 174, the park hyatt in foggy bottom georgetown
