This is my first posting although I've visited this site often. Thanks for all the insight and help. Still in the process of grasping the re-bid strategies but I'm content with the outcome of this bid. It's a special occasion and just wanted to secure a nice room in NY for the night at a non astronomical price. Thanks again for all the great pointers!
