He would like to resume travel, but would have difficulty sitting in a coach seat for more than a couple of hours. Anyone have ideas about how he can get to Europe from the USA - reasonably? Are there discount first class fares? Buying miles? Medical discounts? I don't know where to start. Thanks for your help.
