I almost bid twice and kept walking away, when I went through the process the third time, there was a prompt saying that the last person got Heathman Lodge. I haven't seen that before. Anyway, very happy with this, though perhaps I could've gotten a better price by waiting...couldn't resist the "100% recommend!".
