Any help would be greatly appreciated in helping to identify a 5 star hotel in Cancun - listed on Hotwire under the Playa Mujeres Area.

 

I put in dates for June 17-24, 2014 and the following hotel came up:

 

Hotel Price:

$267 (Regularly $423)

 

Amenities (This is all that came up):

Free Parking

Pool(s)

Spa Services

Free Internet

Restaurant(s)

Airport Shuttle

Business Center

Fitness Center

Tennis Nearby

I believe there may have been more amenities than you listed in your post. HOTWIRE has a new interface which is not currently showing the complete set of amenities at the usual point of the search process.

Please run a new search using our BiddingHelper.com tool at the top of this page. Once the search is completed, use the EASY VIEW TAB and click the GREEN BUTTON next to this listing to view the complete set of amenities. Then copy and paste the amenities in a reply to this thread and we will then have a look at this offer.

No, there are no additional amenities as stated in my post. I clicked the Hotwire link from another post which stated this same thing. i confirmed the amenities before posting.

Make sure you are on the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab (and not the 'regular' Hotwire tab)... searching BiddingHelper.com for your dates and using the EASY VIEW TAB i see the following after clicking the 'See all amenities' button:

Business

Tennis

Spa

Room Accessible (not included in post above)

If this is what you're seeing, my guess for this one would be the The Beloved Hotel Playa Mujeres.

I was comparing amenities and it threw me off because it stated Tennis nearby" rather than tennis on site like the description for that hotel. Odd about the difference in amenities list because listed below are the only amenities showing up using the Hotwire link - "room accessible" doesn't show up when I pull it up. :/

Hot.wire does not use a 'Tennis on site' amenity.

Yes, I am currently looking at Hotwire hotels and will definitely use the Hotwire link to book a room.
