My guess for the 3* HOTWIRE property would be the Holiday Inn San Antonio-Downtown/Market Square.

I'm not confident in my guess of the Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk for the PRICELINE EXPRESS hotel... this one does offer both an indoor and outdoor pool, and has all the other amenities listed too... but they also offer a free breakfast which isn't shown (although this amenity usually is), so i'm uncertain with this one.
