I don't think this would be the Magnolia... my best guess for this one would be the Hyatt Regency Houston.

We booked through priceline.com and won the Hilton Post Oak hotel in the Houston Galleria area. Total price was $79.96 with taxes and fees. I think the room was around $60-65. Parking was an additional cost of around $15.

Actually, I think I got two trips to Houston mixed up! The Hilton Post Oak information is correct but it was for a 1-night trip in August 2012. For this trip in March of 2014, a friend booked a reservation at the Omni Houston. She called to make the reservation directly with the hotel. Sorry for the misinformation. Oops!
