Salmon_SlayR Posted March 6, 2014 Report Share Posted March 6, 2014 Was shooting for the JW Marriott or Red Rock as we like to stay off the strip close to Red Rock Canyon (both are great properties in my recollection). The have historically been the only 4.5 star properties in the Summerlin zone. Been watching prices fluctuate but steadily fall over the course of the past several weeks. Neither Hotwire nor Priceline have had a 4.5 star Summerlin option in recent weeks but Hotwire did at lunch today... so I jumped! The estimated $14.99/nite resort fee was my tip that this was probably going to be the JW. $127/nite on Marriott's web site, $85/nite here. OF COURSE I started my search by clicking on the HOTWIRE link on BetterBidding.com :) Link to comment
