For both hotels. I believe there may have been more amenities than you listed in your post. HOTWIRE has a new interface which is not currently showing the complete set of amenities at the usual point of the search process.

--> i'm not currently seeing this property when searching for 3adults/0children for your dates... are you still seeing this on your own HOTWIRE search?

--> the ESJ Towers would be in the Isla Verde zone, so this wouldn't be that property... the Hotel Miramar would be my best guess here.

Yep- I still see the 4* Condado area hotel for $146 per night for 10/31/14-11/1/14

If those are the amenities you're seeing for the 4* property, the La Concha would be a good guess, but i'm still not seeing this property when searching for your dates with 3adults, so i can't say with any high degree of confidence.

Very Strange! The price did jump and now I think it's a different hotel (possibly Condado Hilton?)

Possibly pointless at this point though because there's a fourth person entering the fold for the room. Any ideas about this hotel? 3* Old San Juan
