Can you help to identify this hotel?

The pice appears too good to be true so I am a bit cautious.

Any downsides to this location or from previous reviews?

I don't get any result for a 3.5* when replicating your search.

Can you please run a new search and confirm that you still can see this hotel on your search.

Still shows $79 for 3.5 express deal:refined my search on the right to downtown, financial at 3.5 stars and reported 1 result.

I see this property but when i click on it i get a message that it is no longer available... are you able to click-thru and it's still book-able on the next page?

This location is a little out of the way as it will be a 15-20 minute ride on the subway to get to midtown, but for this price, it's certainly do-able.

I'll point out another very good deal (imo) for your dates on PRICELINE EXPRESS, a 3.5* in the MTE zone for $100 with:

Restaurant

Business Center

Fitness Center

While some of the hotels in this zone can get a bit far east (10+ minute walk to the subway, but still feels more convenient than Downtown, imo) my guess for this one would be the Hotel Boutique at Grand Central, which does have an excellent location (although admittedly i don't know too much about the hotel as it was only recently reported to the board for the first time)
