hsmooth Posted March 4, 2014 Report Posted March 4, 2014 Hi, I'm hoping for some assistance.Travelling to Ft. Lauderdale next week and would like to stay in the Beach area. Check in 3/13 and check out 3/17 I've tried the follow strategy already using the links here: 4* BeachMax bid up to $175 using the 5 re-bid zones also tried: 3.5* Beach, bid up to $160 per night using the 2 re-bid zones. Is this timeframe just more expensive than my max bids?I see that on Hotwire, I can get a 4* Beach area hotel for $177 per night... would that probably be my best bet? Any idea what that Hotwire hotel is? Thank you.
yellowdog Posted March 4, 2014 Report Posted March 4, 2014 I don't know if there's anything special going on or it's just "spring break prices". It looks like the HOTWIRE deal is you best bet with current rates. If you need any ID help so please list the amenities HOT.WIRE associates with the hotel you're looking at and we'll be happy to have a look at this. Please use the PRICELINE and hot.wire links on the board to begin your purchases and searches. Yellowdog.

yellowdog Posted March 4, 2014 Report Posted March 4, 2014 Best guess would be Hyatt Pier 66.
