Hotwire Hotel: 4* New York City (Midtown Central) Park Central Hotel

Hi, I'm trying to find a hotel on the southern side of the central park, preferably for around 150-160 dollars, but if there's no hope i'll go up to 200 dollars. naturally, i prefer a 4 stars hotel but a decent 3-3.5 stars hotel will also be great.

 

any advice?

Hi, i'm looking for a place in an area called "central park south".

 

currently, express deals  have a 3 and a half stars hotel for 150 dollars, that i'd love to identify which seems to be my choice i guess..

 

the amendities include:

pets allowed

 

and the likes of the hotel are:

hyatt, hilton, sheraton, crowne plaza, mariott

I'm not certain, but the Dream New York would be a guess and at least one option among the possibilities.

However, why this 3.5* rated hotel, with a 7.0 user review for $150 when there are better rated and reviewed hotels for less...

The MTW zone is right next to the CPS zone and there is this 4* on PRICELINE express for only $106/nite and has a better user review of 8.0:

Restaurant

Business Center

Fitness Center

While i don't have a guess as to which property this one may be, i think it appears to be better than the one above and is nearly $50/nite less.

Unfortunately, I'm seeing the $174 as well - the $106 may no longer be available. I am seeing a 4* in Midtown Central on Hot.wire for $138.
