After exhausting efforts in other areas, I moved to bidding Culver city area (where PL express had 3* for $83). I started at $45 and added free rebid scenarios. At $55 I got counter for $79, declined and kept adding free rebid scenarios until I won at $70. I am pleased with this result. With taxes and fees, total as $88.32. Used PRICELINE link to search & bid. Link to comment
