David526 Posted March 1, 2014 Report Posted March 1, 2014 Scored the Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor for $65/night...watched the price of a 3* fluctuate from $65-$75/night for three days. The amenities kept changing as did the ratings. When the location rating moved from 3 stars to 4 1/2, I knew it was something good. This is the place I was trying for! :)
